Excellent verbal & written communication skills,

Should be presentable & have problem solving skills.

Experience in admin work will be a preferable. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems

To maintain and update student's attendance register on a daily basis.

To send requisition for teaching materials to the respective departments.

To maintain records of the course materials.

To check e-mails regularly and update the format folders.

To issue ID cards to students.

To coordinate with the Sr. Counselor/ Counselor and Training. Coordinator for center related work.

To update accounts report daily.

To order stationery etc from the Accounts department.

To collect Fees as per the guidelines.

To maintain Records of Students and Academic related documents.

Counselling and Handling Walk ins & Promotion of various tests admissions etc and tracking data and also give feedback on that.

Telephone calls / Email Handling
