The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring quality in customer service delivery. The candidate should be a self-starter, able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities :Develop and deliver training programs to new and existing employees on various topics related to customer service, sales, and operations.Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Identify training and development needs and provide coaching and feedback to team members.Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent training and quality standards across the organization.Skills and Qualifications :Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on training and quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools used in the BPO industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
