Job Description

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business and/or Chartered Accountant, MBA

Experience: 7+ years of corporate experience in Finance Domain

Job Summary: Lead one of the functions within FP&A teams to enable planning and reporting function realize its vision of delivering high quality and timely insight, planning and reporting activities that add value to business. Looking for Individuals who translate the strategy into action, executing their relevant plans brilliantly and are the ‘go to’ people for their function. This position will be a critical business partner and a part of the leadership team.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence teams , leadership and stakeholder to achieve common vision and agenda
• Business acumen and understanding of organizational/ functional issues and challenges
• Ability to integrate & manage systems, tech and people
• Finance and Accounting skills (Advanced)
• Highly organized and self-directed individual, with strong interpersonal skills
• Agility / ability to quickly adapt to change
• Analytical thinking to interpret various input, build requirements, and partner to solve business problem

Skills Set:
• Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Good Knowledge of MS office- Excel, Power Point
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
• Knowledge of BI and automation tools – VBA/Alteryx/Power BI/ Tableau (desirable)
• Good understanding of Financial systems, data inter-dependencies across numerous systems

Scope and Impact:
• Exceptionally strategic, analytical, and focus on providing data driven business and financial insights to the relevant stakeholders that will enable sound decision making.
• Work with the stakeholders and partners to constantly find opportunities, and ensure proactive solution building and delivery
• Build robust processes to ensure 100% accuracy and timely analysis
• Drive projects that provide answers to strategic and tactical business questions
• Quickly grasp the business problem and translates into tangible, usable actionable outputs
• Recommending suitable approach to problem solve based on facts, figures, data. Ability to story- tell with impact (why/what/how) enabling decision making and influence
