Manages all aspects of guest service and acts as the first point of contact for all concierge and guest issues, feedback and concerns

Resolves and processes discrepancies on a daily basis.

Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Spa

Conduct monthly physical retail and linen inventory in order to track health club cost of sales and ensure company assets are accurately accounted for.

Monitor inventory items to ensure proper control, the ability to facilitate guest needs and maintenance,

Plans training responsibilities when required

Builds and maintains guest rapport throughout service

Remains calm, composed and in control even in unusual situations

Good English Language Skills / Communication Skills

Pleasing Personality

Having Prior Spa Experience

Opening at Juhu - Day Spa & Mumbai International Airport

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
