Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
• A qualified candidate must have at least 5 to 7 years of proven Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market.
• Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
• Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
• Proven skills of marketing consultants on bench with Tier 1 Vendors/Direct clients while Selling bench candidates including direct marketing candidates or trainees or H1B transfer candidates.
• Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals, etc..
• Scrutinizing the candidates and negotiating the salary, location, and benefits.
• Must have a good track record of maintaining the database of Clients and to understand their needs as per their specialties.
• Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
• Must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
• Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
• Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis.
• Need great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
• Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.
• Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.
• Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relations on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination, and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with the internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.
