We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development executive to help our team and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and professional Client interactions and relationships.

2. Willing to familiarise yourself with the products and services offered by our company.

3. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

4. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships to ensure that they are retained.

5. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, networking and collaborations.

6. Working with the team to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales.

7. Sourcing potential organization and markets for lead generation/partnerships via LinkedIn and other social media routes.

8. Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

9. Identify new business opportunities and partners.

10. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

11. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Requirement and Skills:

1. Candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience.

2. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

3. Working knowledge of Leadsquare and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets

4. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

6. Should be able to efficiently address the client queries about the products and/or the company and effectively pitch the products with the potential customers/students

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

7. Proficiency in English

8. Market knowledge

9. Communication and negotiation skills

10. Time management and planning skills

11. BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
