Responsibilities:

- outbound and inbound calls to/from customers and providing them with information about our products and services.
• Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Following up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
• Meeting or exceeding call center metrics such as average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
