• Increase in BDE portfolio balance, including self target.
• Attainment of insurance premium targets
• Effectiveness of lead management through CRM & salesapp. 2nd line supervisor to rate, basis CRM/ sales app reports
• Ensuring timely compliance on the various instructions issued by HO team as per the agreed timelines.
• Total number of accounts with average AMB of 5k per a/c
• New to bank customer (NCTB) acquisition target attainment.
