Compliance

Managing the S&E, local compliance including trade licensee, VAT , CST, GST at branch level

Following for the statutory forms from the customer. Telephonic and Personal Visit Follow-up.

Visit to the Govt authorities for any compliance requirement, Way bill issuance, Forms issuance, Assessments etc.

Process adherence and Monitoring at branch level related to Key Behaviors , like cheque bounce by the customer. Material not picked by the customers etc.

Customer Service

Order Management in the system

Invoicing in the system

Customer Registration due diligence

Coordination with Sales Team, Support center and Customer on Different Requirement
Material Management

Branch Level Inventory Planning/Management

Physical Handling of the material

Material Follow up as per the billing plan | Stock In - Stock out in the system

Customer dispatches /receipts and material delivery to the customer.
Credit Management & Banking

Cheque Punching in the system/Customer DN-CN etc

Handling CMS (Cheque Management)

AR Call, Driving Collections for the branch

Telephonic followup and Customer visit for the Collection/ Dispute resolution
Reconciliations

Customer Account Reconciliation/ Customer Query Redressal

Bank Reconciliation

Brach Level Provisioning and Tax reconciliation

Inventory Reconciliation , STR Pendency, In transit recon etc.
MIS & Reporting

Daily Score Card Reporting

Sales Report, Inventory etc.

Other Day to Day MIS related to receipts, inventory, OB, Sales, customer SOA etc. (Commercial is only one who is having access of the ERP system in the branch)
Administration

Taking care of the Branch Admin and operation activities on day to day basis.

Managing all kind of Non Trading Vendor in the branch | Processing payment/ Petty cash Management

In-charge of all kind of Audit in the branches.

HSE In-charge at the branch.

Record Keeping- Invoices, LR, PO, ST IN -OUT, Credit Register maintenance as per the state regulations.
Records Maintenance

CoD register/ Comfort Cheques

Separate Credit card swipe details/ Credit card Authorization letter

RBS Submission details both Xerox copy of chqs and PIS

Customer Registration Forms

Stock Transfer Note/ LR Copy

Road Permits

Invoice + LR Copy+ PO Copy

Registers - Stock In Out Register/ Vistor Registers /Demo Issuance register
