NIIT is Hiring for Backend role for Wipro

Seeking 12 Months to 29 Months experience holder

Experience : 1 to 2.5 years*

Employment type : Full Time, Permanent

Role -Processor*

Shift - 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Work Location – Noida / Gurugram

Salary : 317,731 (22K In hand) – 12month to 29 month

Working : 5 days working with SAT & SUN fixed off.

Transport : Both Side Transport

Roles and Responsibilities :

· Understand all applications and tools required

· Understand how to navigate the claims SOPs

· Understand all plan types and relation to claims processing

· Have a working knowledge of key clients and variances therein (details to be found in the SOP)

· Review and process claims successfully in the system with quality and timeliness

· Reach out to managers when clarity or assistance is needed

· Recording/Capturing allocated work correctly on designated tools.

Desired Candidate Profile :

· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Able to make quick decisions

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Degree : Bachelor's Degree required (B.A. Economics, B.Com, BSc in Maths, BBA).

12 Month to 29 Month of work experience only into BPO/KPO/Customer service Industry.

Excluding - B.Ed, LLB, B.Tech, MCA, BE, Full time MBA, MCA,PGDCA and any 2 years Regular post graduation Professional Degree

Note - Maximum age limit 29 years.

Training : 14-18 days @ Virtual Training (Training from Home) (Days will be decided as per the domain you hire for)

No salary / No Transport during the training

Laptop is mandatory*
