· 2 – 3 years relevant experience

· Able to handle customer orders, concerns & complaints

· Must handle end to end transaction

· E-commerce and website knowledge are a plus

· Commuter literate

· Proficient in English both written and verbal

Ø Timing 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
