Roles and Responsibilities
To handle Inbound/Outbound chats or Emails/Calls of international customers and to follow up on cases till resolution is provided.
Willing to be an excellent customer advocate internally and stand up for what's right by the customer.
To provide a seamless experience addressing customers' questions or issues over the Chat/Phone/E-mails and to efficiently fulfill all the assigned job responsibilities as per the prerequisites.
Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with while servicing the customers.
Should be able to answer incoming customer calls/emails/chats regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
5 days working & working mode shift: 24*7, rotational shifts; rotational week off
