About Digivante
Digivante is a growing digital experience company that helps ecommerce and B2C businesses improve their websites and apps through a unique and expert testing solution. We’re looking for someone to join our marketing team and help us reach more potential clients, especially those who are ready to buy. As we grow, we need someone who can bring in fresh ideas, optimise what we’re doing, and help fill in a few gaps in our marketing skills.
We’re a small team, so your work will have a big impact! If you have experience in B2B marketing and are ready to roll up your sleeves, this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll do:
Help us get more leads
Your main focus will be on building and optimising our buyer journeys and lead generation process. You’ll map out and test the entire lead journey – from problem identification, research, the moment they visit our site, engages with our content, to becoming a marketing-qualified lead that’s ready for sales. We want to make sure the path from website visitor to sales-ready lead is smooth and effective, and you’ll play a big role in making that happen.
Improve our website traffic
We need someone with an understanding of SEO and digital channels, but this isn’t a specialist SEO or PPC role. Our focus isn’t heavily on these channels, but we need you to keep them ticking over - ensuring our site is optimised for search engines and that our basic Google Analytics setup gives us the insights we need. You don’t need to be an expert in this area, just comfortable managing and maintaining these tasks as part of your broader role.
Use data to make better decisions
You’ll be responsible for tracking and analysing key marketing data, like website traffic and campaign performance. You’ll help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve. You’ll use these insights to optimise the lead journey and suggest changes to our marketing strategy to drive better results.
Work with us on content
We already create blog posts, resources, case studies, and email nurture campaigns, but we need your help to make sure this content supports the lead generation process. You’ll also help us create landing pages and other marketing materials that convert visitors into qualified leads, working closely with the brand manager to optimise our content for better results.
Who we’re looking for:
• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech or ecommerce.
• Lead generation: You’ve built lead funnels before and know how to nurture leads through email marketing and automation.
• SEO & SEM: You know the basics of search engine optimisation and running paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), and you can keep these running smoothly.
• Analytics: You enjoy digging into data to see how things are performing and making adjustments to improve results.
• Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our Brand Manager to bring fresh ideas and help shape our marketing strategy.
• Content & social: You’re comfortable helping with content creation and social media but will focus on making sure we’re getting leads from these efforts.
