The primary direction of the role will be to fulfill marketing needs across social media, website, print, video, and more for Enrollment, Advancement, and the broader Bethany campus
This position will also oversee the college’s brand, public relations, and overall internal and external communication
RESPONSIBILITIES: Include working collaboratively with campus leaders to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and materials that include digital platforms with a focused approach for enrollment and advancement
Messiah Coordinator for administrative aspects of the Messiah performance at Bethany, including but not limited to organization, scheduling, communication, and promotion
CRISIS MANAGEMENT: Work closely with campus staff on communication during a crisis
Serve as campus public relations liaison during any type of crisis, along with the leaders of the campus and the greater Lindsborg community
Maintain oversight on all current social platforms and create a social media plan for the campus community that includes branding, photo, video, and graphic content
Work with campus leaders on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across campus
Collaborate with Bethany departments on strategies to advertise, communicate, and promote Bethany to a variety of demographics, including prospective, current, and alumni students, friends of the college, donors, and other constituents
Utilize AI trends to increase marketing efficiency
Regularly lead, shoot, and create video and photo content for Bethany College’s social channels and other uses for digital marketing
Manage all photo archives and galleries for the campus
Cleary and accurately manage communications, both internal and external, through a variety of platforms, including email, hard-copy newspapers, and other various platforms
Serve as Bethany’s webmaster
