Key Responsibilities:

Manage professional scheduling for senior management, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation,
Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

5 plus years’ relevant experience, preferably in Banking
Experience in supporting a team across a range of seniority levels as well as in supporting a senior leadership role/head of division
Good working knowledge of Concur, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in supporting a Senior Leadership role/Head of Division
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Proactive and anticipatory
