Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Garments Production Manager at Jamsha Store in Jaipur. The Garments Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of garment production, managing the production team, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with stitching people. Additionally, the manager will be involved in sourcing materials, monitoring production schedules, and implementing sustainable production practices.

• Experience in garment production, textile manufacturing, and quality control
• Knowledge of different fabric types, hand-weaving techniques, and handcrafted textiles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field is a plus
