Key responsibilities:

Right product offering and visibility to all segments of Airtel prepaid customers
Plan and deliver programs every month on ARPU growth and churn reduction across all business lines
Consumer insights through telecalling, FGD, direct customer interaction to build growth strategy to increase ARPU/ Reduce churn across all business lines
Regular analysis to deaverage business performance to derive analytical insights of consumer behavior
Competition product mapping and competition performance mapping – Identify opportunities to scale up business and grow Revenue Market Share (RMS) faster than competition
Cross functional working with Network & Customer Experience teams and build solutions to improve customer experience
Build growth strategy for DTH and work with sales team in execution
Build growth strategy for Airtel payments bank and work with sales team in execution
Skills Required:

Urge to continuously challenge status quo and come up with innovative solutions to solve for customer problems
Analytical aptitude to understand customer behavior crunching large set of data
Manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to arrive at Analytical insights
Hands on knowledge of SQL to work with large quantum of consumer data is a must
Ability to build a story in Microsoft Presentation and present to top management
