Job Description:

Responsibility of all HR related activities within the organization including and not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Closely working with Seniors to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:


Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system
Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers
Onboarding and Exit formalities:

All onboarding and exit formalities.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns
Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline
Handle the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees
Compensation and Benefits:

Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word & good command on English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,694.46 - ₹34,311.57 per month
