Job Description –

Staffing & Onboarding

· Conduct manpower planning exercise by gathering manpower requirements across practices through interactions with key stakeholders

· Prepare quarterly hiring plan to meet the staffing levels, while estimating no. of exits due to resignations/superannuations

· Draft job ads for vacancies with relevant job information and get it posted on various recruitment platforms

· Participate in recruitment activities at all levels. Ensure all open positions are fulfilled timely via appropriate recruitment channels like walk in's /Internal Job Posting / consultants / employee referrals etc

· Ensure the creation of robust talent pipelines and prepare a strong talent database

· Ensure that the onboarding and induction practices are executed in an effective manner.

Performance & Rewards

· Ensure effective implementation of the performance management process, annual increment process and recognition initiatives. Manage poor performance by effective implementation of PIP process

· Drive periodic compensation benchmarking for improved internal/external parity through external partners

· Drive competency assessments as part of the Performance Management process in collaboration with suitable external partners

Learning & Development

· Identify training needs in consultation with Partners for upskilling talent

· Translate the approved training needs to an annual learning calendar and execute the same throughout the year

Talent Management and Engagement

· Support internal movement of employees basis their competencies and career aspirations and as per the career paths defined

· Connect with employees on a regular basis to seek feedback, address queries etc and plan other engagement activities

· Organise fun and bonding activities on a regular basis

· Implement improvement / innovative practices for continuously improving HR process capabilities.

· Review and analyze trends in attrition and recommend solutions to improve retention

MIS, HR Operations & Compliance

· Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes starting from confirmation to exit, as per defined process. Promptly manage the promotion, transfer, absconding and separation cases, while adhering to the defined processes. Timely issuance of bonafide letters, experience letters and other employment-related letters

· Ensure maintenance of various reports related to manpower, recruitment, attrition etc and present to management on a periodic basis

· Review complaints pertaining to HR Ops and ensure timely settlement of disputes, and resolution of grievances and conflicts as per the defined policies

· Validate payroll inputs received from the team member on a monthly basis and approve for processing. Ensure timely FFS for employees

· Verify all vendor bills and forward to accounts for processing

· Review HR compliances with respect to budget, process, policies, systems and statutory requirements and ensure adherence at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
