Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Management, or Human Resources is required.
Candidates with a master’s degree in human resource management and industrial/Labour relations would be given preference.
10-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 8 years of HR experience in a service environment.
Job Description :

Workforce Planning

· Ensure 100% readiness by preparing a Workforce plan in conjunction with the Head of Departments, including planning for contingencies.

Talent Acquisition

· Design and Develop the Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure that there is no dearth of talent.

· Ensure that effective employer branding strategies are implemented to ensure a steady flow of talent to the talent pipeline.

· Establish necessary partnerships with Educational Institutions to conduct recruitment drives and participate in Campus placement drives.

· Ensure that Talent Acquisition plans are met 100% and there is no disruption due to lack of workforce.


· Conduct regular and periodical feedback sessions to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding training process.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of the Onboarding process and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure that new joiners can be assimilated into the system in a very minimal time.

· Ensure that the Employee Experience of new joiners is pleasant and memorable.

Talent Management & Engagement

· Ensure that the training programs and engagement activities are effective through participant feedback and by measuring ROI on training process.

· Design and Implement processes to measure the overall working experience of the employee.

· Proactively work towards improving the employee experience in the office.

· Lead, develop, motivate, and guide the Team effectively to achieve the set company's goals and all aspects of HR.

· Develop, implement, manage, and administer policies and programs related to employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, training, orientation, safety, health, and benefits effectively and by company policy and statutory regulations.

· Communicate and work with Management on specific questions, problems, or policy interpretation.

· Manage the entire employee cycle for both hourly as well as salaried employees at the plant including recruitment, selection, offers of employment, relocation, drug screening, and new hire orientation process in compliance with company policy and statutory regulations.

· Develop, administer, and/or select training programs for personnel as needs arise and coordinate with training vendors to promote a well-educated and safety-conscious work environment.

· Oversee and coordinate all necessary safety-related tasks including training, inspections, internal audits, reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.

· Handle all IR-related issues.

· Supervise the Performance Review and Assessment (PRA) and the Succession Planning Process for all employees.

· Ensure the integrity of the data by controlling, verifying, and analysing data and information, ensuring accurate information, records, and reports in cooperation with Division specialists and managers.

· Create custom reports and queries as required and analyse the information to provide information to the management.

· Plan, Identify, Negotiate, Implement, and own the Medical Insurance coverage policy and its administration and conduct awareness of its benefits and assist employees to utilize the medical insurance coverage effectively.

· Design and Implement an Employee Rewards and Recognition program to encourage and motivate employees to become more productive.

HR Analytics

· Conduct internal and external HR Audits as mandated by company policies and statutory regulations.

· Analyse and evaluate data and reports to proactively identify HR issues.

· Share feedback with relevant managers or the management and advise on changes and improvements.

· Escalate any unaddressed issues to the Management to find a resolution.

· Ensure that employee grievances are handled and addressed effectively as per policy guidelines and timelines.

· Supervise and ensure salary benchmarks are conducted twice a year and proactively offer feedback to the management on the market trends and strategies to ensure longer employee tenure with the organization.

· Monitor social media and employer review sites like Glassdoor, Ambition Box, etc regularly to identify and address any issues highlighted in such social media sites.

Policy Implementation

· Handle all HR processes, labour laws, and grievance handling.

· Ensure compliance with statutory provisions concerning people practices and processes.

· Ensure the company operates in a 100% statutory-compliant environment.

Talent Separations

· Engage with the employee to understand and address issues that can help retain the employee.

· Analyse reasons for employee exits and proactively address issues to minimize attrition rate.


· Ensure compliance of the HR systems to all quality processes and procedures as well as health & safety processes and procedures in coordination with the QA team.

· Strategize, Plan, Design, and Implement Transport Management, Security Management, Visitor Management, Pest control management, and QA documentation.

· Supervise, Administer, and facilitate scrap movement and Employee Canteen.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
