Job Summary

Position : Internal Recruiter

Working location : Near Domluru , Bangalore

Responsibilities and Duties :

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
Daily job duties will be given below :
**Source profiles
Initial screening by performing in-person and / or phone interviews with candidates.
Schedule interviews and send mailers
Follow up with the candidates on the da of interviews.
Conduct tests and coordinate with Center Manager
Announce / give feedback of the interviews to the candidates.

Qualification : Graduate preferred, but not mandatory

Experience : Good experience 3-5 yrs in recruitment for BPO industry, Good communication

Shift if any : No Shift, but needs to be there at least 8.00 pm. Can come late in the morning.

Salary Range : 18k – 25 K per month

Job Type: Full-time
