• Direct reporting to Project Manager - Sales.
• Maintaining Sales Team progress report under . supervision of Project Manager Sales on weekly/ monthly basis for management presentation.
• Monitoring of Sales & Customer relationship team working on ERP software on timely basis. Co-ordination with dealer & Team Leader (TL),
Online meeting with management with TL and
Dealer on timely basis. Marketing activity management with sales team for customer feedback and review /testimonial collection.
• Follow up with sales team on online activities /
what'sapp promotion /face book promotion.
⚫ Sales and Service team meeting with
management.
Maintaining product learning progress report of sales & customer relationship team in coordination with HR & Training.
• Order Processing status report of Sales & CRM team.
•VIP Customer management under supervision of Project Manager Sales.
Sales Planning report
Required Skill Set :-
1.Should have sound knowledge of MS Office - (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) 2. Good communication skills (both verbal and
written) 3. Good data management skills.
