Job Description
Responsibilities
• Selling/Leasing Commercial Properties like Offices, Retail, Warehouses, and various real estate investments product to Corporate & HNI clients
• Handle Client's queries and their requirements for Commercial property
• Send proposals to the client
• Show client different available options of properties
• Build Relationships with HNI & Corporate clients.
• Database management related to Clients and Properties.
• Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
• Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets.
• Close prospective Clients and ensure Collections.
Qualifications
• Graduates/ Under Graduates with 2+ years of experience in direct sales from any industry, preferably from Real Estate, Insurance, and Finance.
• Experience in Direct Sales & b2b marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
