Position: Sales Marketing Manager

Location: Indore, Bhopal

CTC: 4 to 6.5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and build a team of highly motivated financial advisors & distributor
• Train, Motivate and nurture your team with the market knowledge and opportunities
• Build and maintain a relationship with your team and potential customers
• Drive a business with your team and guide them accordingly
• Monitor and review your team's performance and support them
• Generate an expected business volume through your team
• Provide pre and post-sales support to your team and customers
• Attend and schedule a seminar or meetings to promote and spread awareness
