Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and content writing skills.
• Create and deliver content across different platforms.
• Create engaging multimedia content
• Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
• Recommend improvements to increase performance.
• Manage a budget for social media activities and measure performance.
• Response Management
• Knowledge of social media management tools.
• Good knowledge of ad words / e-commerce marketing.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication or relevant field.
• Good time-management skills
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
