The tasks with which a Business Management Analyst is involved may be based toward liaison, collation and analytical task i.e. cost, performance, headcount. This role is required to support the strategic initiatives & governance and control around internal & external resources in the division. The resources is expected to work very closely with the senior stakeholders on various important deliverables including preparing dashboards & monthly MI. The candidate should poses strong excel, PowerPoint and analytical ability. Knowledge of Tableau would be an added advantage.

This role is part of SWAT team supporting all aspects of Business Management activity, with a strong focus on Headcount and Resource Management.

Your key responsibilities
• Provide high quality end to end reporting & analytical services
• Building relationship with SPOCs, Business Coordinators, Divisional COOs and developing better traction with business
• Work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives
• Enhance understanding of core business processes and process interrelationships by liaising with Global Teams
• Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes
• Comprehensive analysis and modeling of structural relationships (FTE, forecast, "what-if scenarios")
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to avoid manual intervention
• Timely respond to ad-hoc queries form senior management
• Establishes and ensures adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controls
• Participate in growth plan, business reviews and change management initiatives
• Support all Financial, Headcount and other strategic analysis for senior management
• Respond to ad hoc / HC reviews in a timely manner
• Support Risk and Control initiatives and facilitate ongoing monitoring
• Work with COOs and Finance to support month end tasks
• Work very closely with the process owners/stakeholders and other internal clients.
