What you’ll do
Basic Function
Good understanding and work experience of Access Management Recertification
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Work-Flow diagrams, and Word
Knowledge or experience of aspects of Access Management and applications
Knowledge or experience of aspects of Application/Platform Access Management
Communication skills - should be able to read, create interpret business documents. Excellent oral/written communication
Ability to work on multi-task on deliverables from varied fronts (Access Mgmt /Recertification) Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
Adaptability to change
Good with the basics of Excel
Interaction with Business Partners - Interact with Business Partners on daily basis to understand process requirements. Liaise between customers from different geographies and US team for various application updates (This requires interaction with leadership; Directors, AVPs and VPs)

Essential Functions
Hold and run meetings with the leadership across different geographies
Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and format data per required parameters
Strong Business communication and coordination skills
Ability to follow a standard set of processes and procedures. Following process and procedure is an integral part of this role in adhering to the data integrity and data accuracy standards required of this role.
Quality and productivity Improvement - as per agreed KPI s.
Customer Satisfaction - as per agreed KPI s
Primary Internal Interactions
Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalations, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.
Manager for monthly evaluation of performance.
TL / Assistant Manager for the purpose of seeking cooperation clarification on process-related matters providing assistance and support when required.
Team members to provide feedback, career path discussion, skill-set enhancement, training needs and identification, performance improvement discussion
