Job Description

Any graduate, under graduates are also well but smart candidate.

Minimum 2years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)

1+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus

Excellent phone manner and articulation

Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis

Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis

Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory

Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals

Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules

Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment

Train other telemarketers when required

Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control

Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Qualification: - Any Graduate- computer literate

Location: Marol, Andheri (12 position open) Delhi- (5 positions open)

Languages Preferably- Other than English and Hindi, we are also looking at candidates who can speak the following regional languages , that includes Tamil, Kanada, Teluga, Odia, Bengali, Malayalam, Odia and Bengali

Salary: 18 to 20 K per month.
