• Achieving Sales targets by acquiring new subscription clients and growing business for franchisee
network with leads.
• Interacting with new/existing clients using Tele conversation, emails, and chats.
• Promoting the services of the company.
• Customer care-related objectives to be handled.
• Coordination with senior managers in sales matters.
• Setting up processes, workflows, and S.O. Ps for Tele-calling functions for land and other verticals in the
company as required.
• Candidates with experience in B2B Services, Subscription-based Services, and Websites Selling
Services would be given preference.
•A candidate who has worked in Domestic / International BPO (in & outbound) processes dealing with
the service industry
Requirements
•Minimum relevant experience of 1 year and above
• Self-motivated professional with the ability to acquire and manage franchisees/brokers for Land.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key skills
• Relevant experience in Sales, preferably from Matrimony Sites, Websites, or Concept Selling.
•Graduate. (An MBA is an added advantage.)
• Excellent Communication skills (English, Hindi) is a Must.
