Qualifications and Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
? Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
? Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheet

? Make sure to BYOD (Laptop) and reliable internet connection is
required.Mobile Phone will be provided if needed

? you'll be sending out reminder notifications like a time-traveling wizard,
making sure nobody misses a beat.

? Co-host Zoom meetings alongside the client, providing support and
